Take Time off in: Choose between days or hours depending on how you want to manage time-off requests

Include Weekends and Holidays: Enable this setting only if you want weekends and public holidays to be counted in the time off request. For example, an employee requests time off from 22 April 2021 to 24 April 2021. Assuming that 24 April 2021 is a weekend, the total number of days will be computed as 3 days with this setting enabled.
