Once a time-off request has been created and submitted by an employee, an activity and notification email is automatically triggered to the approver. If you have set up the time-off type to use multiple levels of approvals, a separate notification email is sent for each approver in the workflow once the previous approver has approved the request.
Time-off requests can be managed using the Time-off -> Managers -> TIme-Off menu. You can easily filter time-off requests that are awaiting approval using the filter on the left side of the list.
To approve/reject a time-off request, use the Approve / Reject buttons on the list view.
If you'd like to see more details regarding the request before approving or rejecting it, click on the request and use the Approve / Reject buttons in the form.
