To submit a request for a time off encashment advance, click on the Service Request menu and then click on the New Request button for the encashment service type.
Please speak to your account administrator if you are not sure which service category to choose for the loan/salary request.
Fill the request form with the amount, and repayment start date. Once you have filled in all of the required information, click on the Submit button.
To apply for a time off encashment request, a service type must be set up and configured by your administrator. It is also possible that your company does not have an encashment policy. Please contact your account administrator or HR department if you do not see an option for requesting an encashment request.
You will be notified via email once your request is approved and processed. However, if you wish to check the status of your request you can do so by navigating to Service Desk -> New Request and click on the My Requests button.
