To submit a request for loan/salary advance, click on the Service Request menu and then click on the New Request button for the loan/salary advance service type.
Please speak to your account administrator if you are not sure which service category to choose for the loan/salary request.
Fill the loan request form by selecting a loan policy, amount, and repayment start date. Depending on how your administrator has set up the loan policy, there may be a limit on the amount or tenure of the loan/salary advance you are able to request. Once you have filled in all of the required information, click on the Submit button.
To apply for a loan or salary advance, a Loan service type must be set up and configured by your administrator. It is also possible that your company does not have a loan/salary advance policy. Please contact your account administrator or HR department if you do not see an option for requesting a loan/salary advance.
You will be notified via email once your loan request is approved and processed. However, if you wish to check the status of your loan/salary advance request you can do so by navigating to Service Desk -> New Request and click on the My Requests button.
