To request for an HR service, click on the Service Desk menu on the left bar. To create a new request, locate the service type you require and then click on the New Request button.
On the form that appears, enter the details of your request in the Request Notes field and click on Save and then click on Submit.
Depending on how your administrator has configured zestHR, the service request may require an approval process. You will be notified via email when your request is approved or processed by the HR department.
To check the status of service requests you have already submitted, navigate to Service Desk -> My Requests to see all requests or Service Desk -> New Request and click on the My Requests button to see past requests of a specific service type.
