How to setup templates for employee letters?

Using templates for employee letters is a great way to save time and ensure that the format of letters issued to employees is consistent across your company. To create a new employee letter template, navigate to Employees -> Configuration -> Letters -> Templates, and click on Create. Give your template a name and subject and type the content of the letter in the editor.

You can also use dynamic placeholders that will be substituted with field values from the employee's record when the letter is generated.

Once you are happy with the contents of the letter, click on Save and finally click on Publish.

To reset a template back to draft mode, simply click on the Reset to Draft button.
