Navigate to Employees -> Configuration -> Activity Planning -> Plans. Click on the plan you wish to modify and then click on the Edit button.
You can modify an existing activity by clicking on the specific row.
Navigate to Employees -> Configuration -> Activity Planning -> Plans. Click on the plan you wish to modify and then click on the Create button.
Give a name for the plan (ex Employee Onboarding Plan) and click on the Add a line link. In the pop-up that appears, select from the list of activities displayed or click on Create to create a new activity. Select an Activity Type, Responsible (who will perform the activity), and enter a Summary and Note (optional) and click on Save. Repeat this step to create more activities.
Click on Save once you have completed adding activities to the plan.
