How to add and manage employee dependents?

To register dependents for an employee navigate to Employees -> Dependents -> Dependents menu and click on the Create button.

To create new dependent types / relationship types, use the Employees -> Configuration -> Dependent Types. This requires you to have Employees *> Administrator permissions,

To view dependents linked to an employee, you can use one of the two methods below:

  1. Using the Employees -> Employees menu, open the employee record, and click on the Dependents button.

  2. Use the Employees -> Dependents -> Dependents menu to search for the employee name in the search bar.
