The first step to conducting an appraisal/performance review involves creating a Review record.
If you wish to conduct a one-off review, then navigate to Employees -> Reviews -> Reviews and click on Create. Select the employee, review form, and set a review due date. If you are conducting a review that was automatically created through a review plan, then you may skip this step. Learn more about setting up automated review plans here.
In the Evaluators tab, enable the required participants and click on Save.
Click on the Send Form button to email the review form to all participants. Clicking on this button will change the status of the review to Awaiting Feedback. The feedback button at the top will display the number of participants who have submitted their responses.
Once you have received all responses, click on the Start Review button to begin the review process. The status of the review should now change to Review.
To view the responses, click on the View Feedback button. Clicking on this button will redirect you to a page that shows a summary of responses received.
To complete the review process, type in the evaluation notes and click on the Mark As Done button once the review has been completed.
