An appraisal form is a questionnaire template that will be used to collect responses (electronically) during a performance review. An appraisal form may be used for conducting performance reviews of all employees with similar KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Aero HRMS allows you to create as many appraisal forms as required.
To create an appraisal form, navigate to Employees -> Configuration -> Reviews -> Review Forms and click on the Create button.
Give a title for your appraisal form and in the questions tab, click on the Add a question link.
Type in the question, select assessment mode (qualitative or quantitative), and question type. For questions regarding performance indicators that can be measured using a score, choose the quantitative option. For all other types of questions, choose the qualitative option.
For multiple-choice and matrix types of questions, input the answer choices in the Answers tab. If you have chosen the quantitative option in the previous step, you will also be required to specify a score against each choice of answer.
Click on Save & Close or Save & New to add a new question.
