Use Appraisal Plans to automate performance reviews and appraisals.
To create a new plan, navigate to Employees -> Configuration -> Reviews -> Review Plans and click on Create.
Type in a plan name and select an appraisal form.
Select Recurring Appraisal or Probationary Review in the type field.
Set the frequency of the review as required.
The Evaluators tab allows you to select who will be involved in the review. For 360° reviews, enable all tickboxes in the Evaluators tab. You will be able to select specific participants when the actual appraisal is triggered.
In the Employees tab, select employees who will be subscribed to this appraisal plan.
Click on Save.
For employees subscribed to an appraisal plan, Aero HRMS will automatically trigger reviews based on the frequency specified in Step 4. These automatically triggered reviews will have a status of To Start and you will be able to launch them from the Employees -> Reviews -> Reviews menu.
For the appraisal to be triggered automatically, the employee record must be in an active state and the date of exit field in the employee record must be empty i.e., the employee must be working in the organization. An employee can only be subscribed to one recurring review and one probationary review at any given time.
